• You are representing a legally recognized and registered corporate or trade business entity.
• You have the legal authority to bind your company or organization to these Terms.
• All profile details, company registration numbers, taxation details, and contact numbers are true and accurate.
• You will maintain the security of your corporate account password and accept all responsibilities for actions performed using your credentials.

World Web Trade is a commercial network linking buyers and suppliers. Users must not use the platform for any of the following restricted activities:

• Posting fake, non-existent, or dummy B2B Buy Leads (purchase requirements) to manipulate supply markets.
• Listing products, components, or services that violate international export laws, copyrights, patents, or contain prohibited chemical or military substances.
• Distributing malware, viruses, worms, or scraping our platform using automated bots or scrapers without explicit API licenses.
• Using the secure B2B chat system for personal communications, financial scam solicitations, or unsolicited marketing spam.

You are solely responsible for all details published on your public supplier profile, product catalogs, company images, and specifications:

By posting content, you grant World Web Trade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, format, and search-optimize your public listings for SEO purposes.

To maintain standard trust levels, suppliers may undergo our corporate verification audit (Gold/Verified Tier).

• Verification Process: Verification badges are issued based on submission of valid government certifications. We do not endorse or guarantee the financial solvency of verified companies.
• Subscriptions: Access to certain premium features (such as receiving unlimited Buy Lead match notifications) requires payment. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring schedule and are non-refundable.

All elements of the World Web Trade digital product, brand identity, layout design, icons, logos, source code, search indexing algorithms, and database frameworks are protected by copyright, trademarks, and trade secret laws owned by Web Bright Infra Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or adapt any layout design, graphics, or code blocks of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web Bright Infra Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, contract loss, business disruption, financial scam loss, or data loss arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right, without prior notification or liability, to suspend, terminate, or ban your account or corporate directory listing if we detect:

• Multiple user complaints regarding unpaid contracts or delivery default.
• Submission of falsified corporate verification certificates or identity fraud.
• Violations of B2B chat compliance policies (advertising scams, phishing attempts, spamming).
• Failure to pay active subscription invoices.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
